CAPE HOUSE MEMORIAL GARDEN At the Cape House was constructed in October of 2006.The Memorial garden at the Cape House commemorates friends and loved ones associated with the New England Food Foundation Inc. The design goals of the Cape House Memorial Garden are to create a garden to inspire, educate and be explored by the children and visitors during there stay at the Cape House, and to enhance the historical nature and the esthetics of the Cape House. Opportunities for memorial gifts of shrubs, benches, garden enhancements and engraving of paving materials are incorporated into the design. There is also in remembrance to Father Murphy, a small sitting area in the Garden. The Garden design was done by Juliagardens of Osterville, Massachusetts. Juliagarden is owned and operated by Julia Esteves, the daughter of our caretaker at the Cape House George Esteves .
